Dryject Machine demonstration at Mentone Grammar
July 17, 2011

On Wednesday 13th July, Simplot Partners held a demonstration day at Mentone Grammar sports fields; a number of curators from the Melbourne area attended the day to see the Dryject Machine (Turn Point Services) the latest technique in turfgrass aeration. The machine injects water into the turf profile drawing Simplot’s Profile Porous Ceramic product in and fills all the holes, this shatters the profile relieving compaction and improves the health of the turf by increasing CEC, moisture retention, increases pore space and improves infiltration rates all this while leaving almost no visible signs of being there. Areas treated at Mentone Grammar included the edges of their wicket tables areas that tend to get very wet this time of year. This process is currently being used at a number of sports fields, bowls clubs and golf clubs around Australia and the world for more details or information on these products and services contact your Simplot Partners Representative or office on (03) 9588 3700.
